About MyGradeCalculator
MyGradeCalculator is a free educational platform that helps students calculate, understand, and plan their grades. We provide 17+ interactive calculators with real-time results, visual dashboards, and what-if scenarios — tools that go far beyond showing a single number.
We built this site because most grade calculators online are bare-bones. You enter your grades, click calculate, and get a GPA. Then you’re left asking: Is that good? What does it mean? How do I improve it? What do I need on my final?
Our calculators answer all of those questions.
What We Offer
Every calculator on MyGradeCalculator includes features you won’t find on other sites:
Real-time calculations — Results update instantly as you type. No “Calculate” button needed.
Visual dashboards — Animated grade rings, bar charts, radar charts, and color-coded threshold bars show you exactly where you stand. A GPA of 3.2 means more when you can see it on a chart next to the Dean’s List cutoff.
What-if scenarios — Before your final exam, you can see: “If I score 85%, my grade becomes a B+. If I score 92%, it becomes an A-.” This helps you study strategically, not blindly.
Strengths and weaknesses analysis — Every calculator identifies your highest and lowest performing areas and shows which assignments or courses would have the biggest impact if improved.
Transparent formulas — We show the exact formula used, explain why it works, and walk through a real example with specific numbers. If our site went offline tomorrow, you could still do the math by hand.

Who We Are
We’re a small team of education enthusiasts and developers who believe academic tools should be free, accurate, and actually helpful. We’ve spent hundreds of hours researching grading policies across universities and countries to make sure every formula on this site is correct.
Our team includes people who’ve been through the stress of calculating GPAs for scholarship applications, graduate school admissions, and academic probation reviews. That experience shaped how we build — every feature exists because a real student needed it.
Our Commitment to Accuracy
Every formula is verified against official academic grading standards. We cross-reference university documentation, standardized grading scales, and established mathematical formulas. Our calculators support the US 4.0 scale, plus/minus grading, weighted high school GPA, the UK classification system, Australian WAM and 7-point scale, Indian 10-point CGPA, and more.
If you find any error in our calculations, please contact us immediately. We take accuracy seriously — it’s the foundation of everything we do.
Privacy and Trust
Your grade data never leaves your browser. Every calculation runs locally on your device — we don’t store your grades, we don’t require an account, and we don’t sell data. Read our full privacy policy for details.
